Dr. Michael Fishbein has over 50 years of experience in the field of Anatomic Pathology & Clinical Pathology. He earned his BS from the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign and his MD from the University of Illinois College of Medicine. After completing his internship in Pathology and his residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, he went on to complete three fellowships in Pathology at Bispebjerg Hospital, in Oncology at UCSF Medical Center at Mount Zion, and in Cardiology at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science. Today, this expert is board certified in Anatomic Pathology & Clinical Pathology. Formerly, this expert held roles as the Distinguished Piansky Professor at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, as an Associate Pathologist at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, and as a Consultant in the Department of Pathology at West Roxbury VA Medical Center. Currently, he serves as an Emeritus Distinguished Professor of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA.
