Ms. Candy Caceres received her BS in Criminal Justice from Kaplan University and her MA in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University. She went on to get her PsyD from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She is a licensed marriage and family therapist. She started her work in the foster care system as the supervisor of CalWORKs at the Children's Institute. She went on to become director of CalWORKs and TAY, where she continued to work with foster children and adoptees. She currently works as a marriage and family therapist and the clinical program manager of a foster care and adoption agency in California.
